Using Esopteric

The service

Esopteric provides a workspace for organizations to browse licensed image assets and for contributors to upload and manage their own assets. Organization access, pricing, and usage limits are arranged with the Esopteric team; the dashboard displays an assigned plan and is not a self-service checkout.

Accounts and access

Keep account credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account or keys and must promptly revoke a key or notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Organization administrators are responsible for the members they invite and the permissions they grant.

Contributor uploads

Upload only assets you have the right to submit and license. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary notices, permissions, releases, and consent from every identifiable person in an asset. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or violates another person’s privacy or publicity rights.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute assets outside the permissions granted to your organization, interfere with the service, or use the service to harm people. We may suspend or remove access or content that violates these terms or creates a security, safety, or legal risk.
